modo drums update ik multimedia manager

How come I have to redownload the entire 6 gb of code in order to update modo drums from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1? Are the changes really that big?

I agree as my download speeds are not great with my service. It would be better if they could split the sounds/ samples to a separate download like the other instruments.
6 gig is a large download for some small program updates.
