[RESOLVED] Presets not available

I just purchased MODO BASS and when I load it in DAW ( Ableton Live) or standalone, in the upper left corner the Presets are not available. The ''Presets'' slot is empty, even if i scroll up or down. Nothing shows up. Does anybody have a similar issue ?
How do I fix this ?

Update : After checking under the folder \Documents\IK Multimedia\MODO BASS\Presets
I noticed that it is empty ...Could this be the issue ?

How do I get the files that are supposed to be in this folder ?

The installer should install the presets in the correct folder. I'd suggest downloading the most recent version and re-installing and if that does not work please open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support Thank you!

Technical Support sent me a zip file to extract the missing files on my computer.
Problem solved.
