Keyswitches customization

I am trying Mod Bass Demo (after years of Trillian).
I've found it very nice and a super piece of sw.
But is there any wayo to customize Keyswitches? I would like, for example, to use A#-1 for ingage Muting notes while playing. I find it more practical while recording inside Logic instead of program and then must "manual editing" CC controls.
