string rattle

Is there a way to turn off the rattle sound of the strings? I've turned "detach noise" to zero but this doesn't do the trick. I have spent a fair time trying to EQ the sound out using both conventional and dynamic EQ but only had partial success (without affecting the bass sound itself). Thanks

I know this is old and I may be putting this here for me in the future, but I am having the same issue where the 2nd fret of the A string buzzes super loud, while none of the other notes in my patter do this.
The only thing I have found to sort of help is to change the action to high and string gauge to heavy.
