HI,

I'm unable to get slides happening between bass notes.

In the 'Control' section I have 'Slide' set to 'Pitch Wheel' and 'Slide Range' is set all the way up to 24.

But when I draw the bass notes within Midi Piano in Reaper, no slides are happening.

Can someone please help? Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

'll guess that you need to edit some Pitch Wheel events into your MIDI clip in Reaper.

PS: it would be best to change your Account Name away from an email address, to minimise the chance of it being harvested by web bots and you receiving all sorts of 'special offers', bank account verification requests, Amazon Prime renewals, tax refunds etc from all over the place for years and years. You can change it here:.

Thank You Darkstar.

Can you please describe in more detail what you mean by editing some pitch wheel events into the MIDI clip?

I don't understand what that is.

Thank you.

Open your MIDI clip in the MIDI Editor, change the Velocity lane to "Pitch" and draw in the Pitch Changes that you want. You may need to drag that dotted button at the bottom of the piano roll (to the right of the C#1 key) to see the Velocity lane
