Please help, I purchased the Total Studio 4 MAX on February 9, 2025, and used 30 jampoints minus $30. I have already paid $119.99, but I have not received the goods. Order number is 2025021022001361961424591468

I'm considering buying the Total Studio Max 4, but when I go to checkout, it shows up as "Total Studio 4 MAX Upgrade (Digital Download)".

I would like to know if this is just an update that requires me to have an older version, or if it is the full product with no requirements from a previous license.

I reckon that you should be OK. Check the Upgrade/Crossgrade section in your Account's User Area: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/upgrade/

IK’s New Upgrade Policy

Does Total Studio 4 Max have all the Amp collections from ToneX Max?

For example the Joe Satriani collection, ODS Legends collection etc...

I am assuming since Studio MAx has ToneX Max, it should automatically have all of whatever the ToneX max has?

Can you confirm?

TONEX MAX doesn't include the Signature Collections like the ones you mention. They are neither in TONEX MAX nor Total Studio 4 MAX. Total Studio 4 MAX includes what was available when it was released, it is not a subscription or a bundle that adds products as they come out. It is still an incredible deal at the current promo pricing (as is TONEX MAX which is also on sale for a deeply discounted price).

So, I understand that while I wont get the collections which are essentially captures, I do get the individual amp models like the ODS Special etc..for me to use and make models to share.
