I bought STUDIOMAX5 ans i activated it and seems to be acceptecd but the program is not there and i payed for it. And in my profile i dont see the studo at all ? What is happen ?
Try registering the serial number inside the IK Product Manager. It should unlock the software for you. If it does not work for you contact the IK Support team here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw. They can help you get started.
