moving .pak files

Can .pak files be moved to an external location like we can do with sample files? They are taking up a lot of space on my C drive.

They can be moved to an external drive but you would have to move the entire sound content library as well. For example, you could move the SampleTank4 folder from C:\Users\%username%\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4 to E:\SampleTank4 and then update the library location in SampleTank 4. I keep all of my sound libraries on an external drive.

Did you ask IK Support? You can move sound libraries but you posted in General Discussion about .pak files which could be multiple products and if you are not moving sound libraries this is a question that IK Support would need to assist you with via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw
