I have just discovered the iRig HD X and the (apparent) wonders it can do. I just acquired it, so as not to disturb my neighbors in my condo while I play.
Here is the set up and situation (sorry in advance for the read)...I have an electric guitar, patchcord, amplifier, iRig HD X, headphones, Google Pixel 7/Android phone.
I am trying to hook up everything together, without the amp, so I can play a You Tube video on the phone, while playing the guitar along to the guitar parts in the video, while listening to everything on my headphones.
I can get acoustic strumming from me playing on the guitar, but I want the sounds of the guitar, with the crunch, fuzz & tone, as if it was played through a Marshall amp.
Do I have to register the iRig on this site somewhere to get that sound, even though I have the acoustic string sound in the headphones?
Any help would be appreciated.
