My shopping order on October 8, 2024CN1520WEB, still has no processing information. Please tell me where should I contact to get it processed?
I have sent emails to Ik china many times. So far there has been no reply. If you can see this help email, can you tell me how I can get in touch to process this purchase order?

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Although you could not help me with my order. But at the very least it gives me a good start. I will now follow the link you provided to submit feedback. Hopefully someone who can actually fix the order problem will see it.
