cant acces to my account!

i need support i can't acess to my account !
it seems my email don't receive anymore the IK multimedia email and i 'm stuck because i request a new password and i 've never received the mail...
i have made this account and i'm able to use it because gmail receive your mail .

edit : i send a mail to support .... waiting...
But i really need Help , i don't want to lose the instrument i have.
