Buy Gear Credits?

Hi,
In my custom shop app on windows 10 I dont have a button to buy gear credits.

I have 25 gear credits and 63 jam points. I want to buy the spacex pedal (software version from the shop) but I dont have enough gear credits.

I was hoping I could turn my jam points into gear credits (can I?). If not how can I buy gear credits?

I have this question as well...

I have 25 gear credits, and wanted to buy something for 40 gear credits, but there's nowhere on the IKM website, or the custom shop where I can buy extra gear credits, or use some jampoints in addition to my gear credits at the shop checkout.

The information on the website still suggests that it should be possible to buy gear credits in the Custom Shop...

It doesn't appear to be possible to buy credits in neither the custom shop nor in the web shop.
Their FAQ still suggests it should be possible:

I opened a ticket and the response I received was:

"Gear credits can no longer be purchased as they are discontinued."

Dear IK, if you really did silently disable purchasing/adding of gear-credits, it means, that the existing one are worthless somehow. Could you transfer them to something like refund voucher instead (e.g. a voucher to be used for software-purchases?)

You can spend your existing Gear Credits, the IK store no longer carries additional Gear Credit purchases. If you have any issues using them, please contact IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/ and they can check out what is happening.

The only issue I have is I have 7 gear credits left and nothing in the store is that cheap.

I have all the mics at 10+ gear credits
Cabs are 15+ credits
Stomps are 10+, but I have them all.

So that is 7 euros sitting in IKs bank earning interest that I can't spend.

Converting them to Jam points should have been the way forward.
