iRig Keys IO 25 Firmware Update killed my Keys

Im pretty pissed off right now, for some reason I went from reading the manual to ending up on the site downloading a firmware update and then getting a Error at 60% after the Firmware updater located my Keys. On off and 60% the Error now its invisible. I really f pissed off. Restart several times. The firmware sucks. Anyone else gone through this BS. Cant work on my songs now RRRRRR
