TS Max authorization issues

No Sampltank 4 Max serial.

Can't download sounds from account for ST Max Syntronik Max.

I can download sounds from Modo Drum, Philharmonic, Sampletron,

This is concerning the account page.

I thought that Total Studio MAX came with only one Serial Number, covering all the products.

Other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Sales / Order Support via the IKM web site, who can look at your User Account and see what's going on.. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

Moderators and Administrators here have no access to Users Accounts.

Nope. Max serial also creates a new serial for all Max products.

So far support hasn't been great in handling this.
