Sunset Studio verb demo nor TRacks will not show in Logic

I have activated TRacks Custom Shop 5 and the Sunset Studio verb demo, but I'm not sure if it's different from the Amplitube Custom Shop somehow? I only ask because I have a separate listing for it in my products list.

I've tried everything. I leave the Custom Shop open, it shows the little watch icon and time remaining, but it will not show in my DAW. Also, TRacks (if it IS a standalone product) is nowhere to be found.

First of all, yes, AT5 and TR5 are completely separate products.

Other users may chip in with suggestions. Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
