how can i get a free download, just wondering if is possible cause I am not a seasoned guitar player by no means and have been struggling for years to get the sound I want out of my fender IIIv2 100 watt amp, there has got to be someone that could maybe push me in the right direction, I will be honored to anyone who could guide me. Thanks a million for any input.

Go to the IKM web site, login in and go to your User Area / My Product ssection. There when you select a product you will actually download the IK Product Manager.

Install that then run it and you can download / install / register the products. The Serial Numbers are in your My Products section
