Bought into new tier, lost my old promos

I purchased Amplitube to buy into the Group Buy at $199 and then today purchased a Sample Tank instrument to buy in at the $99 level and lost my remaining $199 tier promos (there were 5 left).

I contacted support, but has anyone had anything like this happen to them?

OK, I see how it works. Once you get to the number of remaining items that is the same for each tier you will see options for your available tiers. Makes sense once you get to that point but was confusing at first. Maybe this will help someone else who runs into this scenario.

I had the same confusion and contacted support. I eventually figured it out on my own since support had not gotten back to me on it. Might be something that could be improved as far as the customer experience.
