2 accounts - authorisations

Hi, I have emailed support but as yet no response. I've ended up with 2 IK accounts and have various plugins authorised on each. Trouble is that authorising T-Racks on one account, disables the add-ons I have via my other account. Has anyone found themselves in this mess before?

Only Technical Support can sort this out.

You did use the Technical Support form, didn't you? If so, you should have got an auto-acknowledgement email.

Yes I did use the technical support form.
I’ve sent two messages and had auto replies from both. I guess I’ll just have to be more patient.
I am at the point of paying to transfer the licenses from one of my accounts to another t not sure if I’d have to do this for every module or just T-Racks and Amplitube.
Other software is not affected.

You would have to do it for every Serial Number that has a red [Transfer] button next to it. And some items cannot be transferred.

Give Support a nudge by replying to the auto-acknowledgement email
