Modo drum, Sampletank, Amp 5 CRASH

T-racks, Modo bass, Syntronic, and Apmlitube 4 load fine (standalone +vst) Modo drum, Sampletank, Ampiutbe 5 crash when loading. Noticed directly after latest Win 10 update, Tried loading mododrum update and re-loading Amplitube 5 but both standalone and vst blank screen or total crash and shutdown of FL studio DAW. Any ideas???? Win 10, all updates, Lotsa power + ram + storage not the problem.
