25 Year Jam Points

The promised 25 Jam Points, from the 25 Year Promo, don't show up in my Account when i log In ?
Anybody else with this Problem ?
How can i get them ?

If they are not listed in your User Area / JamPonts section then and do not turn up over the weekend, then please contact Sales / account Support who can look at your Account and see what's going on.

Administrators and Moderators here have no access at all to your Account.

Mine are missing as well, will check Monday morning and if not there will contact support.
