iRig Stream is not charging my iPhone 11

I just recently received my iRig Stream and now it does not charge my iPhone 11. It did the first few times I used it. However since than, I've unplugged several times with no results. It does light up all three colors, red orange and blue for about a second than stays blue as it should. But no charge to my iPhone.

If you are using the IK power adapter made for iRig Stream and your iPhone is not being charged, you'll need to open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support so they can provide direct and official technical assistance. I'm sure they'll be able to figure out what's happening and get you taken care of.
