Hello All,
It's been a while since I logged into my iK-Multimedia Account, and now I can't get past the blurb about the
Data Update Policy things.
I ticked the box at the bottom, entered the correct date etc, but when I click Submit nothing happens.
I've tried several times but even if I click on User Are, or My Products it just taked me back to the same Policy Update blurb, with the Date etc blank once again...like an endless cycle.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
Appreciation in advance for suggestions...
