Support ticket response time?

Support ticket response time?

So, I created a support ticket on Monday. Today it's Thursday and still no response. Anyone who knows if this is normal? The autoreply says someone will respond within 24 hours, but I guess that was not true.

Normally 1-2 business days (US East Coast time). You can reply to the ticket at any time asking for a progress report or further guidance.

Please review the Guidelines here, especially Items 1 and 3, regarding Support response times.
