Problem transfering license

Hi,

today I requested a Transfer for Fender collection 2; bought the transfer credit, pushed transfer. The product is disappeared from my list and no mail received with the confirmation or the serial.

How can i resolve it?

The serial is removed from your account, ready to transfer per the steps in the FAQ at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=44
