TONEX Signature Collection - Brown Sound 78/79

Postby Telewrangler » Sun May 18, 2025 4:10 pm

Hi,

I just paid for the TONEX Signature Collection - Brown Sound 78/79. I have my email payment, receipt, and serial number. When I go to my IK Multimedia Product Manager, like the instructions tell me to do, it is not there. I have reinstalled the Product Manager, restarted my computer, and looked everywhere.... Where is it? .... I paid for it. Has it not been released to the public or what have I done wrong? ... The product manager show all of my other purchases and downloads from the past, but not the one that I purchased this morning.

Thanks!

It will be listed under the Collections tab under the TONEX software version you have in IK Product Manager (Software --> TONEX [version like MAX, SE, etc] --> Collections

If you don't see it in your TONEX software you may need to run a Restore Purchases in your TONEX software.

Thanks,

I found it in collections.... Now, if I want to back them up and put them on a hard drive or hard drives with all of my Kemper and other important files. Can I do it with Tonex?

Is there a video or instructions of how to back up the files that I have purchased? .... Years ago I lost a lot of files due to a computer crash. I am now a backup freak. Everything that I love gets backed up multiple times. :)

Thanks for your help!

It will always be available for download but you can also back up your TONEX library with the backup/restore feature in the software.

Sometimes, the system needs a little time to catch up. While I was waiting, I found this resource about online gaming, and I even won some money. If it still doesn't show up, I will definitely contact their support team directly.

Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can back them up by copying the files from the Tonex folder. There is no official video, but it’s pretty straightforward!
