Installation questions

Hey guys

Just bought MAX at the attractive price. So huge amounts of data to install.

therefore I want to install as little as possible and on external drive, but I just got off to a bad start. Am trying with amplitube.

First it installed 4.1 GB on my system disk, no option to change this, although I've selected a different download location in "IK Product Manager" and have ticked "allow selection of custom path".

I also installed all version s of the plugin itself. I had no chance to only select AU! Can this really be true? I want to not install VST, AAX etc.

Therefore I used uninstaller and now chose to install on different disk. Opened DAWs, Logic and Luna. But no amplitube to be found.
So figured i'd try the standalone app for changing some settings. This had been placed in a new folder on external drive named applications. When I tried to open it, it just crashes everytime.

HELP needed!

I’m in the same situation, I want to install sounds on external drive.
If you know how to do this or anyone else please reply back thanks.

I didn’t get any reply. Neither in my direct writing to support. So far haven’t installed what I bought at all. [Mod redacted - please review the rules when posting]
