TONEX and Amplitube 5 apps stopped working

Hello,
I'm not sure what happened but both applications cannot start anymore on Windows 11. I suspected Windows update but have an old notebook with latest update for Windows 11 installed and TONEX app starts with no issue (but want to use it on my desktop PC).
After double-clicking AmpliTube 5 icon the app window is visible for a few seconds and it closes, when clicking TONEX icon nothing happens.
I reinstalled both applications, and even ProductManager but no difference.
Both apps were working i think 2-3 weeks ago.
Any suggestions?
