I bought a brand new out of the box Tonex One pedal yesterday from Amazon Canada. I tried to register the serial number with the Product Manager application and I got an Error Code 205 message saying it was registered by another use. Now I'm getting Error Code 206 saying the serial number doesn't exist.
I sent a support request to IK yesterday evening using their online form, but I did not get a copy of the service request sent to me. So I have no clue what the status is on my request or even if it got logged. Please help!
