IK Product Manager won't Register my brand new Tonex One

I bought a brand new out of the box Tonex One pedal yesterday from Amazon Canada. I tried to register the serial number with the Product Manager application and I got an Error Code 205 message saying it was registered by another use. Now I'm getting Error Code 206 saying the serial number doesn't exist.

I sent a support request to IK yesterday evening using their online form, but I did not get a copy of the service request sent to me. So I have no clue what the status is on my request or even if it got logged. Please help!

Have you received word back from support? They should be able to get you up and running with no problem.
