Pricing Clarity and Discount Inquiry for ToneX Pedal

I'm writing with a few questions and concerns regarding your products and pricing:

Pricing Display:
I've noticed that when logged into my account on your website, some prices are displayed in euros. As a resident of Quebec, Canada, this creates confusion. Could you ensure all prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers?

ToneX Pedal Pricing:
The ToneX pedal is listed at 399, but it's unclear whether this is in USD, CAD, or EUR. Could you clarify the exact price in CAD?

Existing Customer Discount:
As an owner of ToneX Max and AmpliTube 5 Max, I've heard there's a discount available for the ToneX pedal. Is this correct? If so, how is this discount applied? Will a promo code automatically be entered when I add the item to my cart?

Combined Discounts:
Is it possible to get the pedal for 399 CAD (if that's the promotional price) and receive an additional rebate as an existing software owner?

In-Store Purchase:
If I buy the pedal from a local store, can I still receive the existing customer discount? Is there a promo code you could provide for an in-store purchase?

Dual Amp Functionality:
Is it possible to run two amps simultaneously with the ToneX pedal, perhaps one through each mono output? I'm interested in blending amp sounds, like Mesa and Marshall.

Your clarification on these points would be greatly appreciated and would help me make an informed decision about purchasing the ToneX pedal. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards,

For your account/location showing the wrong currency, that is something that the support team will need to look into for you via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw

For discounts, previous purchases would earn you JamPoints which you can use to take an additional up to 30% off TONEX Pedal: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/jampoints Note that dealers do not honor JamPoints. If there are any additional discount offers you'd normally receive an email about those and may see a coupon to apply in your cart but I do not know of any current promotions that are running for that.

TONEX Pedal can only load a single Tone Model so you cannot run two amps at a time on it.

I just purchased the Tonex pedal, updated the software, installed the tonex driver and asio driver update. now when i launch a cubase project that had tonex max (bought it before the pedal) 2 of the amps wont load and i hear no sound.. when i click on the 2 tracks that have issues the TONEX plugin is listen as !!! TONEX !!! instead of just TONEX... What did i do wrong? did i just lose hours of producing/eq and settings? -_-

The project had 4 tracks , now 2 of the 4 wont load (AC30)

I restored purchases and still have the same issue....

I also restarted my computer, reinstalled tonex, disabled windows defender, checked my asio drivers and reverted them to my sound card instead of tonex, still no sound, still 2 amps not loading out of the 4.. also tried restoring purchases.. super pissed off this happened. I really hope i didnt lose a years worth of recordings by buying this pedal..

I fixed the problem! turns out when i ran tonex Windows Defender's Memory Tamper setting blocked Tonex.dll from loading when cubase started and cubase added it to the blacklist.. i had to disable the Memory Tamper setting in Windows Defender and go back in Cubase > Plug-ins somewhere in the top bar and went to "Blacklist" and removed Tonex.dll.

If anyone has this issue try this and let me know if it solved it for you :)
