Never got as confirmation for my support ticket

Hey there,

I sent a ticket to support on Wednesday (5 days ago), but unfortunately I never got any email confirmation (checked my spam folder). I can't access my sent ticket from the IK website either.

What would you people do, send a ticket again ? I'm a bit confused.

Send it in again - make sure that you use the Technical Support form, not the general form

Memo to others:
Keep a copy of the text of your Support Request as you cannot retrieve it from the IKM Support system.
