Having the same issue on my Mac/PC and mobile if on wifi. Can't believe it hasn't been addressed yet.

This is not likely a problem on the IK side. Please check with your provider, if you have any local settings (like HOSTS file entries) preventing connection, or similar. Our site and services haven't had recent downtime and are currently up and running smoothly.
