Hey everyone!
How do I go about downloading a collection once the sale has gone through?
I received a confirmation email with a code number for the collection but i can't find the item anywhere on the IK product manager???
The email tells me to install the product manager so I can download my product but I don't see a way to download the product once I'm on the manager. I looked under "my Products" etc, but it's not listed anywhere I have found.
I tried to go bck to the TONEX software where I found the collection, when I click on download for one of the included tones, it forwards me to the manager page and tells me I have an empty cart, so I guess that's not the way to do it either. LOL
