Constant license issues?

Starting to think I made a mistake purchasing Tonex Max... When I used the trial I couldn't even check out the user-made amps on the CS version because of some account or licensing issue where tonex refused to connect me to ToneNet.

Now that I've purchased it, it keeps erroring out and making me open the IK product manager - WHY!!??! Why do I have to keep running this nonsense just to run a VST in my DAW? I'm assuming I'm out of luck and IK keeps my money even though it was just a few days ago?

Meanwhile the best thing to do is raise your problem wit Technical Support via the IK Multimedia web sit. You'll need to Search the FAQs first, after which you will see a link to the Technical Support contact form.
