IK Product Manager issue on Windows 11

I recently upgraded to WIndows 11, and I'm an issue with product manager.

My copy of Tonex has an update. When I attempt to click the Update button, it hangs. Pointer is still showing the hand icon but the app is unresponsive. Killing it is the only way to close the window.

I can't recall if I've done other IK updates since the upgrade.

I tried downloading and reinstalling the Product Manager. No change.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

Hi!

Same problem here. I tried to uninstall / reinstall everything but IK Product Manager freezes as soon as I try to install Amplitube 5 (or update it before I uninstalled it).

Very frustrating...

Been having this issue for some time, weirdly on very rare occasions clicking on Update actually results in a download, however its rare and seemingly random. More often than not, clicking update results in no action.

Hi,
I had the same issue. Somehow the product manager changed the dowload location to an non-existing drive. I corrected the drive letter and the update starts....
