Hello there, Im from Sri Lanka, I just bought the "Total Studio 3.5 MAX Maxgrade" from audiodeluxe. But when I use the serial key, I get an error.

I think it might be because I don't have a Max version that I can't update even though I bought MaxGrade.

If I buy T-Rack Max now (https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tr5max/), will I be able to upgrade to MaxGrade?

Is it possible because the audiodeluxe website says this?

Yes, a MAXgrade serial number is valid only if you have a another MAX product.

I reckon that if you get TR5 MAX (not the Crossgrade/Upgade/MAXgrade) then you should be OK.

But, to be sure, check with Sales Support. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
