I hope you see this Pete, I have a question and maybe you can help. I was on the Ikmultimedia page last night checking some products out and got a POPUP from IK asking if I wanted to take a survey and I would receive a Mesa Boogie IIC+. How do I redeem that? because I took the survey and completed it and clicked SUBMIT and then the screen said Thank You. So I went in to see if I had unlocked that amp and it wasn't unlocked. So I tried the ole restore my gear and again, nothing. Thanks Pete, I know you're a busy guy, i did try to call the Florida office for support but no one is answering, just have a voice recording saying no over the phone support is available at this time.
