For a new ticket, go to the IKM web site, Support section. Check the FAQs first, then if no appropriate answer is found, there is a big red button to link to filling in a Support form. After you submit it you will get an auto-acknowledgement with the Ticket Number.
IMPORTANT: keep a copy of your original problem, as it is NOT included in any emails. AND keep a note of the Ticket Number along with the text.
To check an old one, you can reply to any relevant email from Support and ask for a progress report / update / further advice.
