I'll outline in bullet points what you should have come to realise if you'd have read the links I provided:
1) This is not a direct line or instant chat facility with IK Official Technical Support. This is a user-to-user forum.
2) If you
have not already opened a ticket with Support about your issues, you will need to do that.
3) If you
have opened a ticket and feel that it has not been resolved, you can reply to that email ticket asking for further assistance. This will bump Support.
4) If you have opened a ticket and also post here for assistance, you need to include your ticket number.
However, in the case of (what I can guess about your issues) moderators of this forum cannot access your account to see what is going on, only Official Support can do that. If you have not already opened a ticket with them, you can do so by
