I own a few IK titles, so if I purchase a $299 qualifying product for the group buy, my price is discounted.

Would a Group Buy "software title of equal or lesser value" be titles $299 and under OR the discounted price I actually paid.

I own Amplitube 4 Max - so my discounted price for Amplitube 5 is $199.99, instead of the normal $299.99 price.

As part of the Group Buy, would a "software title of equal or lesser value" be under or equal to $199.99 or $299.99?

You would be purchasing the upgrade/crossgrade version at 199.99 so that would be the value used for your free choices.
