How do I transfer my account to a different region?

Hi, I have registered my Main IK account in China, and now every time I try to log into anything it will tell me that my password is wrong. I don't know what to do, and especially this has fully locked me outside of the new product manager application. Is anyone else experiencing this, do I need to have my account transferred to another region, what about all the activated products in my old account? I literally registered a new worldwide account just to access the forums xD, as I am full-on desperate.

Hello Silentnighto and welcome to the forum.

Please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a link at the top to a Support form. Sales Support can look at your Account and see what's going on. Response time normally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.
