You should use the "restore purchases" function to restore your purchases. Make sure you are logged in with the same iTunes and iCloud account.

I have select "restore my purchases" ... but several effects and amps are still missing.

Thanks... I think the issue was in iColud since every time in my ipad i was prompted to restore purchases (the last gear added fede days ago). I have enabled amplitube in iCloud drive and now it works
A last question: is it possible transfer also the presets from iPad app to iPhone app?
