Hammond B-3X does not hold MIDI channel selection

On my iPad the Hammond B-3X app will not save the MIDI channel set.

I am doing this under the "cogwheel" icon at the top which I assume is an app wide setting? And not on a per preset setting.

However it always reverts to Upper ch1, Lower ch2 and Pedal ch3.

How can I force it to retain the setting I am putting there?

I had this issue, for a while.
Im not sure if this fixed it, but once i changed the midi channel i saved the current preset and made it the default, before closing the app, ive not had the issue since.
