iPad Air with iPadOS 15.1 do not recognize my iRig2

Hello team,

I bought an iPad Air some months ago and I was using my iRig 2 on it through a hub. (Because iPad Air has only USB-C conection.

I stop to use it for a while, then I updated the softhware of the pad to iPadOS15.1 and since then the iPad do not recognize anymore the iRig2.

There is something that I am missed?

iRig 2 should work with the Apple 3.5mm adapter since iRig 2 is meant to be plugged into a headphone jack. If you mean iRig HD 2, there is USB-C connectivity available: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1259

Thank you for you support. It is my simple iRig2 https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irig2/?L=ES) which I was using on my iPad Air 4.

Everything was normal using this hub TOTU:

Then, after update the softhware to iPadOS15.1 ,the pad did not recognize the iRig again.

Do you know if I can write some customer servicen in Apple in order to have a guidance?
