MixBox presets

Can somebody please explain how to install the presets that registered users can download. I have followed the instructions provided by IK but the App symbol doesn’t show up where it should. Ive tried to copy the presets into the app, but they don’t show up.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. If you've followed the instructions in the in-app Messages section and it doesn't work, you'll need to contact IK Support for direct technical support for the issue you are having via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
