iRig Recorder Recovered files help

Hi! So I have 80Gb of recording audio over the last two years. My 128gb phone got full and I started moving movies off to make space. I then updated my phone. Once done I opened iRig recorder and EVERY last file is “recovered” and completely out of order!! Since they all appear to be there, is there anyway to re sync their dates again? Over 900 audio files is a nightmare to piece back together!! And no, I don’t have a back up because iTunes only allows backups on C drive, which is solid state and couldn’t fit 128gb of phone on it. Yes, I blame iTunes for this. Help!

I would use iTunes File-Sharing and the multi-export option, but that is quite a bit of files.
