Is there a learn feature on the iPad to assign my Nano Kontrol?

To assign MIDI control, in the Settings you tap and hold the MIDI CC value.

Thanks, I figured it out but I have to moisten my finger tip to get it to pop up.
I don’t know if it’s my iPad or the app, other apps seem to work fine.
