I rig Pro I/o not working with iPad pro

Just inboxed one of these and trying to use with an iPad Pro running iOS 12.1.xx
I’m not even getting lights or led’s or anything.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as I’m tired of waiting for tech support to get back to me in a timely way.
