Looper not working on AmpliTube 4

Hello,

Im new to this and just tried to update AmpliTube 4, now when I try looper it says only available in AmpliTube 4 ?????

Help! Is there a way to reinstall the software> came free with iRig HD2.

Found out it is not Authorised and because I had to start a fresh account the serial is not recognised! What a mess

Looks like I will have to raise a ticket with support....
