Static sound in IPhone SE iOS 11.4.1

Hi, I just bought an IrigHD 2 and I have a massive static sound on my amp when I activate the thru Fx. When is not activated (clean sound with no pedals or effect) works fine.
I’m using an iPhone SE iOS 11.4.1
