how to get rid of preset in live mode on iPad?

It's a little unclear what you mean. Could you clarify this?

The LIVE mode in AmpliTube iOS is designed for use with the iRig Stomp I/O. The iRig Stomp I/O would be needed to go between the different modes like Looper, Tuner, Preset mode, and Stomp mode.

I have the Stomp I/O and I have a preset in live mode that I accidentally put twice. How can I erase one of them from live mode?

To save a preset to a tile in LIVE mode, first get some settings you like, then press and hold the tile of your choice.
